Brand Voice Guidelines
I crafted the brand voice guidelines for EmbodyMe. The purpose of this document is to streamline all communication the brand has with its audience and to create a consistent tone across all mediums.
Smart Express is a New Zealand-based moving, delivery, and logistics company. In September 2023, I began working for Smart Express as their Marketing Coordinator. Throughout my time in this role, I have largely been focused on growing their social media presence, strengthening the brand voice and connection, creating and enforcing a new set of vision and values, and developing their new website platform.
